Horizons Hampton Roads is an independent, non-profit Virginia corporation offering a unique summer experience to students in families with limited incomes who attend public elementary or middle schools in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Portsmouth. Every summer since 1997, Horizons Hampton Roads has offered a continued connection to learning in independent school settings. Through the assistance of partners, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Portsmouth public schools and independent schools, Cape Henry Collegiate, Norfolk Collegiate, and Portsmouth Catholic Elementary Schools and the support of many Hampton Roads individuals, corporations, and organizations, Horizons Hampton Roads provides eligible students up to nine summers filled with fun and rewarding experiences.
